You've been eagerly waiting for it, here is our new production update! We took advantage of our teams' stay in China and visits to various factories to bring you the latest information on ongoing productions.

To start, here's a quick overview of the different productions:
Let's be honest: the factory pace is very slow... Factories are currently employing few staff and are unwilling to increase their teams. The current market situation means they prefer to spread their production over a longer period, with small teams, rather than hire more and risk having no new production once the current ones are completed.
This has the effect of pushing back the initial estimates made earlier this year.

But as problems never come alone, global maritime transport is currently facing difficulties. Indeed, with scarce space on ships, slowed rotations, and overheating ports, maritime transport from Asia is caught in a bubble amidst the Red Sea crisis.
For example, between the date of booking a container and the actual loading date, the minimum delay is 3 weeks... to which we must add the extended transit time as the Red Sea passage is still closed... Thus, almost 3 months elapse between the time we book the container and its actual arrival at our warehouses...

Not everything is negative though!

Regarding production, even at a slow pace, productions are progressing well. We are very pleased with the quality of the productions we have seen. We will return in July and will provide another update then. Our factory, TSM, is running at full capacity. The latest Ikigai, BIJUtsu, HQS+ Saint Seiya, and Son Goku Super Saiyan HQSDX are currently in production there.

For transport, alternatives are underway. Thus, 2 containers have just been loaded for rail transport. More expensive but faster, it also benefits from a reduced booking time. We have made this choice to be able to deliver to you within an acceptable timeframe, while covering the additional cost of this type of transport. Besides these 2 containers, 6 others are currently at sea with deliveries estimated between mid-June and mid-July.

But enough talking, what you want to see are the delivery deadlines! You will find an update by license and reference below, with a complete delivery schedule at the bottom of the article.

FRIEZA

The production of Frieza continues.

Shipments are well advanced on the Asian continent and are still ongoing in Europe. They will continue in waves of delivery until Q1/2025.

GOHAN VS BUU

The production of Gohan vs Buu is ongoing.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter and will end in the 1st quarter of 2025.

GOKU KAIO-KEN

The production of Goku is complete.

Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

TRUNKS

The production is ongoing

The timeline is somewhat extended due to the production of the rotating base. The first shipments in Asia are scheduled for the end of June. For the rest of the world, they will take place between the 3rd quarter and the 1st quarter of 2025, in waves of delivery.

SON GOKU SSJ

Our teams are currently working on the casting and electronics of the statue. The deadlines remain as indicated at the time of pre-order, for both the Standard and Special versions.

VEGETA GALICK GUN

The production of Vegeta is complete.

Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

ENDEAVOR

The production of Endeavor Ikigai is about to finish. 
Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

MIDORIYA

The production of Midoriya Ikigai is about to finish. 
Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

BAKUGO

The production of Bakugo Ikigai is about to finish. 

Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

SHOTO

The production of Shoto Ikigai is complete.

Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

HARLEY

Harley is in pre-production, with tests on the mechanics and electronics. Shipments are still scheduled for the 1st and 3rd quarters of 2025.

THE JOKER

Produced in the same factory as Blackbeard, Joker is experiencing production difficulties due to the Pirate... The factory wants to master Blackbeard's production and find a steady pace, delaying the mass production of Joker, whose samples have been approved. 

Shipments will start at the end of the 3rd quarter.

BLACKBEARD

The production of Blackbeard has well begun, following feedback on the quality of the sample received in April. However, it is quite slow due to the complexity and size of this Ultra HQS.

The first shipments will take place at the end of June in Asia. For the rest of the world, they will span from the 3rd quarter to the 1st quarter of 2025.

BROOK

Brook is in pre-production.

Shipments are scheduled to start from 4th quarter 2024

BUGGY

Buggy is in pre-production.

Shipments are scheduled to start from 4th quarter 2024

KID

The samples of Kid were approved during our last trip, and production has started.

Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the 3rd quarter.

KUZAN

The production of Kuzan is complete.
Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

LUFFY

We have seen the first samples of Luffy. After some adjustments, production will start.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter.

NAMI

Regarding Nami, we almost had to start from scratch... The initial factory closed, so we had to place Nami in another one, which resumed work based on our molds. 

We provided feedback during our stay based on the samples made, and production will start soon.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter.

PERONA

The production of Perona Ikigai is complete.

Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

ROBIN

The production of Robin is about to finish.
Shipments have begun in Asia and the first wave is currently in transit for the rest of the world.

Shipments will continue in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

LAW

The production of Law is ongoing. Shipments will begin at the end of June in Asia and during the 3rd quarter for the rest of the world.

They will continue in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

USOPP

The production of Usopp Ikigai is complete.

Shipments are continuing in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

ERZA

The production of Erza is ongoing. Shipments will begin at the end of June in Asia and during the 3rd quarter for the rest of the world.

They will continue in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

LUCY

The production of Lucy is complete. Shipments have begun in Asia, and the first batch is currently in transit for deliveries to the rest of the world.

They will continue in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

GAARA

The production of Gaara is ongoing. Shipments will begin at the end of June in Asia and during the 3rd quarter for the rest of the world.

They will continue in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

NARUTO BIJUtsu & SASUKE BIJUtsu

The production of Naruto and Sasuke is ongoing and deliveries will start during the 3rd quarter.

ROCK LEE 

The production of Rock Lee is ongoing. Shipments will begin at the end of June in Asia and during the 3rd quarter for the rest of the world.

They will continue in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

GAI

The production of Gai has begun, following the approval of samples in May.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter and will continue until early next year.

KISAME

Kisame is currently in pre-production, with significant work done on the transparency of the statue.

We will see a first factory test during our stay in July. Deliveries will start at the end of the year and will continue until the 2nd quarter of 2025.

NARUTO MUB

Naruto MUB is in pre-production.

We will be able to see the first test in July. Shipments are scheduled to start from the 4th quarter of 2024.

ARIES MU

Mu is in pre-production. Shipments are scheduled to start from the 4th quarter.

FENRIR

The production of Fenrir has begun. However, we provided feedback on the eyes, which slowed it down. 

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter.

CYGNUS HQS+

The production of Cygnus HQS+ is ongoing.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter and will continue until the end of the year.

HYOGA

The production of Hyoga is nearing completion.

Shipments will continue in waves of delivery until the end of the year.

PHŒNIX HQS+

The production of Phoenix HQS+ is finishing.

The first shipments will take place during the 3rd quarter and will end by the end of the year.

SEIYA MUB

Seiya MUB is currently in pre-production, with significant work being done on the electronics of this piece by the factory.

Shipments will vegin in the 1st quarter of 2025.

SHURA

Shura is currently in pre-production.

The estimated delivery times indicated in the product sheet are still current.

VIRGO SHAKA

The production of Shaka is ongoing.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter.

HARRY

The sample of Harry Potter has been approved, and production is now starting.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter.

VOLDEMORT

The sample of Lord Voldemort has been approved, and production is now starting.

Shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter.

KURAPIKA

The production of Kurapika is ongoing.

Shipments will begin in July, with the container awaiting delivery.

GON

The production of Gon is ongoing, and shipments will begin during the 3rd quarter, in waves of delivery.
